What are the Runes?

The word “rune” means “secret” and it also alludes to the sound of two stones rubbing against each other. The Viking Runes are live symbols of Nordic origin, usually carved in individual stones or wooden pieces, traditionally used to predict future outcomes of a particular situation. Because these symbols are “live,” their images are carved in stone, but their messages aren’t. Each Vitki –i.e. person who reads and interprets the Runes- receives messages according to their unique vibration and consciousness level at a given moment, making each reading one-of-a-kind. In my case, I use the runes to expand my peception of Unity Consciousness through unconditional self-love.

The runes have guided me and continue to do so on a daily basis, showing me avenues and possibilities that are not so easily seen. Because they help discover the gifts, treasures and assistance already available, there are no bad news nor bad omens in my readings. They are invitations to confidently explore the great unknown one step at a time, at your pace, in your own unique way.

What does a personalized Rune Reading with Vitki Carolina entail?

A complete and personalized Rune Reading with me involves the casting of 5 runes, spread in the shape of a cross.

 The first rune tells you what you have been doing extraordinarily well, what deeper awareness and ways of Being you have expanded in your unique way, what your Higher Self, Angelic self, guides and the Universe are celebrating and cheering you for right now. This step raises your vibration instantly so that you can receive the core message more fully.

 The second rune is the *core message*. It will expand awareness, raise questions, possibilities and avenues for you to get “out of the box”, to gain clarity on the issue at hand, to have an idea of how you can bring your gifts and wisdom to the present moment in order to evolve and expand with it in your unique, amazing way. This core message is always an invitation, never amust or a should.

 The third rune shows you in what way Gaia, our beloved Mother Earth, is supporting you with this issue. You are never alone in your evolution…!

 The forth rune shows you in what way the whole Cosmos is supporting you with the issue. As it is usually the case, cosmic support is not always easily seen, but once you *know*, circumstances show up as serendipitous events full of magic and understanding.

 The fifth rune is the space for surprises. Sometimes it’s a special tool or set of tools to help you even more in “urgent” situations; other times it shows one possible outcome of the whole event, and in all cases, completes the reading with a beautiful message.

Once the whole layout is cast, I take a look at the whole picture and draw a few more messages from it.

Last but not least, it is of no coincidence that you are drawn to these symbols, so the final invitation is for you to take a look at it and play with what *you see*, what these symbols are secretly and privately telling *you*. I always encourage you to have the picture of the layout where you can see it; you can draw it yourself, become creative with it; and my favorite one: carve it on a candle and allow the elements to contribute to you while it burns.
