Isn’t it amazing that your body has the timely ability to clearly let you know when it needs to go to the bathroom? Isn’t it amazing that many times a day your body gives you the opportunity for your humanity to be the most important thing to tend to in the present moment? However, humans often postpone and delay the call of the body for things that are seemingly more important in the now. This week we invite you to consider that when you allow something or someone else to be more urgent than your physical body’s call, you are giving your power away without being aware of it. In human society, it has become accepted to request permission to go to the bathroom, some even instruct their children to do so at school or at the table. Will you take back your power and right to honor your body needs once and for all? We honor and celebrate your human physical body, and our joy expands when you join us in that honoring and celebration”.
